Mathias Rodriguez

Mathias’ connection with music began with his family’s heritage of Andean music. He started studying flamenco guitar with Alejandro Pais-Iriart when he was fifteen and then later classical guitar with Michael Chapdelaine and Ben Silva. He currently studies composition and guitar performance at the University of New Mexico. He has worked with Jesús Muñoz Flamenco during the tablao summer season and most recently collaborated on their most recent show “Jesús Muñoz Teatro Flamenco”.
