Guillermo Guillen
Guillen moved to Sevilla in 2006 to work exclusively with renowned singer, Rocio Marquez until 2011, with whom he was awarded the most prestigious lifetime award, "Lampara Minera" in 2008. He went on to be featured in some of Flamenco's most renowned festivals in Spain, Russia, France, Japan, Syria, England, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Morocco and Portugal as an accompanist and composer as well as a soloist and educator. Guillen's current projects include composition for 8-year Alvin Ailey Principal dancer, Asha Thomas, composer for "Jesus Muñoz Flamenco" as well as a growing career with the French musical group, "Plan F".
